Placing an Order We accept orders by phone (sorry no collect calls) at (563) 322-0896 during our normal business hours (10-1PM/6-9 PM Mon, Wed, Fri & 10-1PM Sat). You can also place orders by mail or use our 24 hour dedicated fax line (563) 383-5549 Terms of Payment We accept Payment by check, Money order/cashiers check, COD (UPS only), Visa or Mastercard. Only U.S. Funds will be accepted. Additional charge for credit cards is 4%. Payment by Personal Check Payment by personal check is permissible but will delay receipt of your order by a minimum of 10 days until the check clears. This is good business sense and should not be considered a reflection of your honesty. COD Orders We will be happy to ship your order COD. United Parcel Service (UPS) does charge $5.00 to pick up your Cod order. So, if you do request COD add $5.00 to the order. UPS will not accept cash for COD. Cod orders must be by bank check, money order, or cashiers check, UPS will not accept personal checks. Damaged Goods If an order is damaged in shipment, please contact us at once. Do not return the damaged merchandise without our authorization. Save the packaging, packing and label for inspection. Returns & Exchanges If you are unsatisfied for any reason, return the item within 10 days. There are no refunds or exchanges of special order items or merchandise marked as such. Return shipping and handling is the Customers responsibility and risk. If we made an error the shipping will be refunded. Please include your invoice and short description of the issue. Soiled, damaged, or used items may not be returned or exchanged. All goods must be returned in the same condition we shipped them to you. Warranties All warranted or guaranteed goods are back by the manufacturer of the item. None of the products are warranted by this corporation. |
